Before you start:

• At kick off, the ball must be placed on the white dot of the kick off mat.
• Target flags are permanent – Please DO NOT remove the flags.
• Look at the instruction board at the start of each hole, this will advise you on how to play through the obstacles (e.g. rock, log, tyre…) on each individual hole.
• Please let smaller/faster groups play ahead of you.
• Please collect your rubbish and place it in the bins provided.

Official Rules:

1. The aim of the game is to shoot into each hole with the least number of shots as possible – winner is the player with the least shots over all tracks/ holes.
2. The obstacles must be played as described on the instruction board and as per the arrow’s direction. If an obstacle is missed, the ball must be played back to re-attempt the obstacle.
3. The players of a group play alternately. If a ball on the course is in the way, the player whose turn it is, may ask to “secure” the ball, which is in the way (remember the position and remove the ball momentarily). If the ball was not “secured” and was hit, it will be placed back to its previous position, the ball that was shot remains where it landed.
4. The maximum number of shots is 3x par (e.g. Par 3 = max. 9 shots). If the ball does not go in the hole/target within the maximum No. of shots, a penalty point is applied (see below).
   Maximum Par Scores with Penalty points:
   Par 3: Maximum shots 9, otherwise score 10
   Par 4: Maximum shots 12, otherwise score 13
   Par 5: Maximum shots 15, otherwise score 16
   Par 6: Maximum shots 18, otherwise score 19
   Par 7: Maximum shots 21, otherwise score 22
5. The borders of each hole are as follows:
   a) ‘The Fairway’: this is the mowed area and the most direct line to the target/hole. (Hint: try to stay on here)
   b) ‘The Rough’: if a ball is kicked here, play on from this position.
   c) The Fairways of other holes. If a ball lands on a different fairway, the player receives a penalty point and must re-attempt from the previous position.
6. When kicking, one foot must touch the ground. Pinching the ball between both feet and jumping up with the ball is not allowed.
